My Cox Emails (seven of them) Worked on Outlook Until last Week. What Happened?
Outlook has been playing pretty well with my Cox email addresses--until last week. i got the0x80072EE7 error forone address.Today, I got it for several of them. I have tried all the online fixes, and NOTHING WORKS. What changed? (I have found old posts about this from when Windows 10 was introduced, but they all say the issue was fixed.)1.2KViews0likes1CommentGet stuck in a loop trying to download the security suite
My husband's laptop is a Win10 device, and I've read all the alerts that say "restart" for internet connectivity. BUT, he IS connected to the internet. It works just fine browsing this and that, BUT when I log in as the primary account holder and try to download McAfee, it says I have to restart before I can download. I've tried it three times today, restarting each time and it doesn't work. Something is wrong somewhere, but it ISN'T his internet connection. The website works fine and even assigns a activation code, but once I tell it to run the .exe file, it hiccups and says I need to restart first. I don't know whether it's a windows issue or a Cox issue.1.2KViews0likes1CommentWindows 10
I get a message saying my email is not in sync. I have recently installed Windows 10. It is through this program that messages me. When I "fix it", it asked for my password, then remains the same. No email. I have to go directly to cox.net online and retrieve mail. Any help will be appreciated. Bosomi2.3KViews0likes2CommentsTV Connect on Windows 10 GA not working
Hello; I just installed a fresh copy of the Windows 10 generally available release. I then downloaded the Cox TV Connect app and installed it. When I run it, it asks for my user name and password and then displays the guide. However, when I try to view a program, it says "Live TV is only available when you are connected to your home network." I am on my home network. I am on a computer that was running Windows 8.1 and it worked fine. I have tried running the program with administrator rights and the problem still exists. I tried uninstalling, then rebooting, the reinstalling with administrator rights and running it with administrator rights and the problem still exists. I tried running the program in Windows 8 compatibility mode... still nothing. Interestingly... I installed the Windows 10 RTM (or 10240 or whatever) three days ago before the GA was released and TV Connect worked. So I am at a loss. Any suggestions or is Cox working on a new release for Windows 10? Thanks3.7KViews0likes5Comments
