Windows 10

I get a message saying my email is not in sync. I have recently installed Windows 10. It is through this program that messages me. When I "fix it", it asked for my password, then remains the same. No email. I have to go directly to cox.net online and retrieve mail. Any help will be appreciated. Bosomi

    What email program are you using? Windows 10 Mail? Outlook? 

  • Hoping my answer will save someone else the numerous hours I just spent trying to synch cox webmail to Windows 10.  Note: I am in Arizona, so this is for Cox West.

    incoming mail server: imap.cox.net:993:1

    outgoing mail server: smtp.cox.net:465:1
