Putting account on vacation!
I've heard from a few people that there's a way to put my account on "vacation" for a couple of months while I don't need the services. Is that really possible? If so, how do I go about doing so and is there an upfront fee? I'd like all details about this topic please, leave nothing out! :)

Why can't i only add services and not remove services online?¿?
Everytime I've seen this questions it just gets a blunt answer from someone at cox saying that you cant do that with no reason why and then the discussion is closed by COX. I want to know why?¿?¿? Why can I only add services and not remove services online?¿? Why does COX make is so difficult to remove services?¿?¿?

I cannot access certain features of the website because it says my account is inactive. I have never had cox service ever until this address, so the moving to a new residence problem doesn't seem to fit. Can someone please help

Greetings, Is it possible to have 2 separate plans at 2 locations under the same account? I have another location I use as a workshop of sorts and already have coax as well as networking equipment, I would just need service. Thanks for your time. Cheers, Nick
