I believe there are settings in my Cox router/account that are blocking the embedded video from displaying inside my LAN.
I stream video from IP cameras inside my LAN (Cox Panorama router) to a website hosted outside my network. Although everyone accessing my website (http://okiebirdcam.com) from their browsers can see my web page AND the video, I, inside my LAN browsing to the page can only view the HTML page, NOT the embedded video. I’ve tried using Chrome, Edge and Firefox and the problem remains consistent.882Views0likes1Commentjquery app not working for a cox-cable customer
hello - this is totally strange, but for some reason, this jQuery dropdown window app is not working for one of my clients who is on cox-cable. we have tried this on Edge, FF & Chrome, on two separate computers, all with the same results. it behaves as if the LEFT-CLICK is somehow being prevented from working, almost as if Cox-Cable is disabling left-click on the div, although i am able to right-click and inspect the element - and NO ERRORS in the console. i have asked her to try the IPad and see if the problem is also there. is this even possible? or could the issue possibly be in the cable-modem-router itself? thank you.Solved1.8KViews0likes4CommentsIntermittent connectivity issues
Hello, I have been having severe latency and packet loss issues over the last few months. I have submitted 5-7 tickets now to get this issue resolved. They have been to my house several times and have only noticed issues one time. This resulted in outside plant getting involved to hopefully fix my issue. I requested an update a week after they said they would fix the issue and I was told there would't be an update and I would just notice the issue get better. Fast forward a month and there has been no noticeable change. There are 0 problems with my LAN and I am very confident that the issue is within the Cox routers at this point. I have never had any packet loss or latency within my local area so please don't ask any questions about my home connection because I know its good (I'm a network engineer). I just want an engineer for Cox to look into thisif possible to try to help me out. I haveplenty of images to help my case out if possible. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1HxzV30YxHVqMjUBDpRyui97295XlSVqi?usp=sharingLink to some of my images taken over the last few months/.1KViews0likes3Comments
