Internet connection dropping
Since yesterday (march 10th 2016) connection to the internet has been dropping about every 10 minutes for a couple minutes. No changes on light status on modem. I've powercycled, bypassed router, tried different devices, all getting same results. Is there some sort if issue going on on Cox's end? I've been hearing on Cox's twitter and other 3rd party sites that there are but there's no official word from Cox itself. My main issue is that the internet will drop for a second to a minute and then reconnect, this happens over and over almost every day. I have replaced my modem, cables both coaxial and CAT. I have disconnected all devices in my home other than the computer plugged directly to the modem. There is no splitter attached to the line. Attached is a screenshot of my modem status showing major problems with uncorrectables and power. The original technician who installed the Cox internet at our home commented how the signal was not very good but at the time it was within limits if he plugged in a power booster.
