Same problem as many "Warning (5) Dynamic Range Window violation"
I have been dealing with internet speed issues for about a year now. I was told my modem was bad replaced that, I was told it was a problem with the cabling in the house (not covered) I installed a new homerun to the termination outside, then it was I was maxing my bandwidth so I upgraded to gigabit, then the cable again (replaced again) now I am being told the modem is bad again. modems used: ARRIS SURFboard SBG6782-AC DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem and AC1750 Wi-Fi Router >Motorola 16x4 Cable Modem, Model MB7420, 686 Mbps DOCSIS 3.0 >NETGEAR Cable Modem CM600 Current setup: Modem:MOTOROLA MB8600 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem Router: Netgear Nighthawk R7960PFirmware VersionV1.4.1.50_1.3.10 Any help is appreciated and welcome, anything other than its a bad modem or coax. Frequent disconnects - Dynamic Range Window violation and Unicast Ranging Received Abort Response
Hi - recently, I've been receiving frequent disconnects. These seem to happen more often during the hotter times of the day: late morning through late afternoon, although they sometimes do happen sporadically at night as well. I'm using a new Arris SB6183 modem, connected directly to the wall without using a splitter in the house. Dynamic Range Window Violation
Hello, I am having issues getting someone to help fix a problem with my internet connection. I receive a Dynamic Range Window Violation in my modem log every few minutes and this greatly affects my internet staying connected and VERY SLOW speeds. I have Cox Gigablast 940MB and speeds are near 50 to 60MB constantly and dropped connection. Modem is brand new and worked find until we switched from 300MB plan to 940MB plan. Here is my error log details from modem event log. This problem has been reported many times and it appears that a "data tech" can be sent to the home to investigate the issue and fix the problem.
