Tivo - Tuning Adapter -
Can you suggest an amplifier with active return? My efforts to have Cox solve my pixelation issues with my MoCA Tivo network has no positive results after 10 months of begging, and pleading. Have mercy. Cox denies issues with the Tuning Adapter and Cable Card and has refused my request for an upgrade to my rented hardware into the latest version(s). I JUST HAD AN UPGRADE TO MY CABLE ACCOUNT AND WENT TO CONTOUR TV. IT BLINKS OFF AND ON SEVERAL TIMES WHILE WATCHING TV. SOME TIME THE SOUND GOES OFF BY ITSELF AND MOST OF THE TIME BOTH THE SOUND AND PICTURE GOES OFF FOR ABOUT 3-5 SECONDS. THIS WS GOING ON WITH MY OLD BOX AN THEY THOIUGHT THIS WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT IT HASN'T. A FEW WEEKS AGO WE WERE WITHOU TV HERE FOR 3-DAYS. IT TURNED OUT OT BE BAD CABLES. Why can,t i get an answer....t v station change on its on, i call 18882699693 or 18553078210 they don,t have no answer the same were i go too pay my $182.00 a month. My contour box requires reboot constantly, are there know issues with this device or can they be resolved somehow? Since the day this device was installed in my home I have many problems. Initially it would have trouble getting some channels. I went through my home and tightened down all of my cable connections (made sure splitters and connections were tight). The channel troubles became less frequent, but I am still having to reboot the box constantly. Sometimes it requires a reboot to even open the DVR function. Sometimes it will not rewind live TV and I need to reboot. Other times the guide will not display or I cannot change channels. This is the most inconvenient DVR system I have ever used. I hope that I am alone in this struggle and there is some software/firmware update or model replacement that will resolve these chronic issues.4.2KViews0likes3Comments
