Netgear Cax-80 - Dynamic Range Window Violation

Question

Hi,My internet has been a bit spastic the last few days. I have several Nest speakers that will randomly not being connected to internet, wifi speeds will be shockingly low, streamed video might buffer, etc. Anyway, looking at the event logs, there are these warnings that the dynamic range window has a violation. I contacted chat support and the individual I was connected to simply told me he ran a diagnostic and it said my $500 wireless modem was bad and I should just lease the Cox unit. I called in then and the gentleman said he was going to push an update to the modem. I'm not sure what this is supposed to do but anyway he did it. A lot of ranging issues, it's one of 2 things, wither there is a signal issue to the modem, OR it's possible the modem isn't properly identifying the power requirements and is having AMP issues. You have have to have a tech take readings on site to identify the issue.&nbsp;
