Why does Cox *** so bad??
What is wrong with Cox??? For the last month or two I have had HORRIBLE internet service. Going out several times a day sometimes, going out for hours others. There is ALWAYS a “service impacting event” happening. That’s total bull. And their constant “heavy traffic” notice. It’s 1 am!!! How is that a legit excuse? That’s just something they have posted in order to shut some people up. Even if that were true…then what are we paying for?? To only be able to use the internet when no one else is? Get. It. The line is messed up again and they want to charge to come to my house!! I am tired of overseas call center people who are no help and do not listen/understand. Cable and internet both loosing connection reboot modem and say that will fix it!!! ATT just installed fiber here (which Cox promised years ago and never did)... time to switch. I DO NOT HAVE A TOTALL SECURE COX INTERNET CONNECTION, WHEN I AM PROPERLY LOGGED INTO MY COX WEBMAIL INBOX. WHY DO I NOT HAVE A TOTALLY SECURE CONNECTION FROM MY ISP. I AM USING THE LATEST VERSION OF CHROME ON MY LAPTOP YOU HAVE A LOT OF PRETTY BUTTONS UP THERE. LOTS OF OPTIONS, BUT, NONE TO ADD A FILE OR A SCREENSHOT. I HAVE STOPPED GIVING MY COX WEBMAIL ADDRESS AND USE GMAIL OR YAHOO. THEY HAVE FULLY SECURE CONNECTIONS. my speeds are all over the board from 3 mbt to 90 mbt,but im paying for 150 mbt of speed.

i have been unable to send or rec email since early august. My bill is always around $200 and i have internet that at times can not do anything, when it does i get possibly half what i pay for. Then thry nickel and dime you with box rental and a rouvalidter rental fee for one thats no longer even . i hope someone who has s9ome authority receives a fwd of this message. will be looking fwd to the downfall of Cox in thr upcoming years as more people catch on its not necessary to watch t.v.
