I reported it to Cox forum, and they eventually changed it. It is nothing to do with my equipment. Obviously Cox does not not have a built in computer program to change the time on Caller ID, when there is a time change. Daylight savings time change ID caller not give correct time. I have tried to access the modem but do not have the address. It is hard because I have the telephone modem is in parallel with the the DSL modem, so I just get the Netgear modem responding but not the the Cisco telephone modem.
