Re: Issues upstream and downstream Arris sb8200, one splitter (1:2) was replaced last year by cox. No amplifiers Issues upstream and downstream having connection issues. tests are giving me about half download speeds and zero to barely uploads. Have done all the normal tests , reset model, went direct to modem. The snapshot is about ten minutes uptime. Re: Line issue , high amount of uncorrectables also ran the last day without the amp, single line into a new splitter only two drops. Re: Line issue , high amount of uncorrectables model is BDA-42-1-AR-R Re: Line issue , high amount of uncorrectables dont know the model number, the tech put it in, Arris red label Re: Line issue , high amount of uncorrectables The tech ran a single line to an amp then split the line coming off the amp. When he ran the diagnostics at the line from the coming from the pole he said the high channels were in the red, that was before the new drop line was installed. Line issue , high amount of uncorrectables Having high uncorrectables. What’s happened so far, node replaced, new line from pole, new line inside to equipment, new amplifier. The chart is for seven days nineteen hours. Getting tearing on cable channels also. Re: Upgraded to Tivo Edge M-card issues on Cox servers update 2: Tech came out told him the story, so he called in and the data number was all zeros on cox's end. Got the numbers fixed and TV has been working ok since. He also ran a test on the lines and said the low channels were in the red, replaced the amplifier and now the low channels are good but the high channels are red. Glad he didnt cancel the appointment so it is logged now. Re: Upgraded to Tivo Edge M-card issues on Cox servers the data number changed from what the tech read to when it quit decoding ten minutes later
