What happened to the CW HD Channel?

I have had the HD CW channel for years now, the family watches quite a few shows on there and then one day out of the blue it just disappeared without warning and now we have to watch it in standard which is much worse than I thought it would be. In standard the volume on the shows are so low that I have to turn it up to max and use captions to figure out what's going on but when commercials come on, BOOM the sound is 10 times louder. Louder commercials will not make me pay more attention to them unless I see something interesting, so this tactic is stupid, not sure whose fault this is but it **, I realize this is common but this channel has it the worst and is most bothersome.

We have called multiple times over the phone for support asking about the missing channel but no one seemed to have any idea, and they would not direct us to someone who should know. It's just, "I don't know, sorry." What the heck? Can someone finally give me an answer? We want this channel back by the way, we are paying for HD for a reason.

Helpful service for once would be most appreciated, Thank You.

What happens when you try to tune the HD version of the channel?  Is it still listed in the guide?

Nope, it's not on the guide at all. The standard channel is 15, HD channel is 1015 but it no longer exists and if I try to tune in, it'll just take me to 1016 instead.

I know what the channel is suppose to be, it's 1015 and when I try to check the Channel Line up, it displays the towns (In Florida) near me, most of the towns have the channel listed as 1015, even a town that is only 10 minutes away but when I choose the town that is only 5 minutes away which is Sandestin, the channel 1015 is not on the list. It is not there, why is it no longer available and why were we not told about this? It's not like we never had it because it used to be there. We get our cable stuff from Destin and Fort Walton, my area is Walton County (Santa Rosa Beach) and the towns closest to me for channel line up are listed below.

    These have 1015:
    Pensacola
    Fort Walton Beach Area
    Destin/Niceville
    Crestview

    These don't:
    Sandestin
    Freeport

Heck, Freeport is missing a lot of channels, poor Freeport, I'm glad I don't live there...

Anyway, I hope this doesn't count as giving personal information since a moderator asked for it. Can't an admin or mod just look up this account and figure out where I am? It's pretty simple, we had this channel and now we don't, why and how can we get it back?

I wasn't able to look up your account with the information available which was why I was wanting to know what market you're in.  I've asked somebody in your area if they can explain what happened.
