Need help watching extra innings on cox with T-Mobile mlb extra innings subscription.
I get error code when trying to log in to tv provider. Cox.

What kind of error code? Are you using the primary login for the account? Can you use that same username/password to view your bill?
If you have a T-Mobile Extra Innings Subscription, Logging into COX isn't going to work.
You need to use your T-Mobile login information
