Glitchy TV service. I've had it, Replace my equipment or I'm moving on.

I need a new. Modem and box. My service **.

    If you have TV service through your modem, it's likely already upgraded. If you need your box upgraded , you can certainly bring it to any Cox service center and exchange it. If the box is faulty, you can call Cox and request a tech to come out and THEY will swap it. If the reason it's glitchy is the wiring or connections in your home, you will need to sign up for Cox Complete Care, or you may be charged to repair your wiring and connections.
