Channels freeze or distort through whole program or it just kicks you off the channel.  This is an all day everyday thing and it seems as though more and more channels are being impacted.

  • That's indicative of a bad signal level. Verify connections, remove unnecessary splitters, and if that does nothing, call cox for a technician. If it's something inside the home, make sure you have Cox Complete Care, to avoid a 75$ service fee, if it's something outside, from the tap to your home, it's repaired at no cost to you.
