Why do CBS shows no longer always contain the new/repeat status of a show?

Since the summer hiatus started on CBS, some shows' descriptions don't contain the new/repeat status for a show. Our DVR is filling up with shows like FBI that have had 3 repeats a week in the middle of the night--none of which have that info. When in doubt the DVR records.
