Cox live feed is behind! 30 seconds behind in New Yesr!

I think the issue is the processing time from the feed to signal Cox puts out. I am surprised it's 30 seconds but I would suspect some kind of delay.
Why do you keep telling people that their account needs to be reviewed? Anyone reading these threads already knows the problem is on Cox's end with the signal being delayed because of a change in how you send the feeds and that it's every account. There are probably a dozen posts about it already, and every one is treated like the problem is on the customer's end.
