Cox live feed is behind! 30 seconds behind in New Yesr!
Sorry if duplicate. We are using cable box. This happens with all live broadcasts.
Why do you keep telling people that their account needs to be reviewed? Anyone reading these threads already knows the problem is on Cox's end with the signal being delayed because of a change in how you send the feeds and that it's every account. There are probably a dozen posts about it already, and every one is treated like the problem is on the customer's end.
How do you know you aren't experiencing delay? Unless you tried it with sports, where it's the most noticeable because it's easier to tell what "live" is or compared it against other cable providers in real time you wouldn't even be able to tell that you were experiencing a delay. You likely are without knowing it, since there have been dozens of complaints about this same delay that I've seen, both on here and on twitter, and I haven't seen a single one that's actually been "solved" other than people saying the delay is because of a change in how cox sends its feeds now.
Keep treating us like we're all stupid, and we won't stick around as cox customers.

Yes I understand how live sports works, that has absolutely nothing to do with this. It isn't just sports, it's just the most noticeable with sports because it's obvious, but it happens with every station. I need to extend dvrs by a minute or I sometimes miss things. And as I said, given how many other posts there have been about the same thing, and there has yet to be an actual solution to any of them, it's pretty clear this is a cox problem, not a me or my hardware problem.
