I am given the choice under 'info' to restart a movie but when I click on it it says 'this requires a subscription'. I've called numerous times and Cox says we do have this service. What can I do?
you'll probably have to go back into peacock/hbo/etc to select cox for viewing, fast forward if available!!

Can't select "Cox for viewing" because Cox doesn't have this service.
fwiw, i've had a few times watching something on hbo/max/peacock/etc offered with cox & had to stop watching. every timegoing back, i've had to restart, ff on some to where i left off but some don't offer ff!!
