I have this error code on TV, XRE 03134. Cox says they're working on it. It says I may have to restart the box. Restart? Unplug something and plug back in? Help.
Is it really important to leave the box unplugged for 2 minutes? I have always said 30 seconds but never knew the reason. Do the newer boxes have capacitors like the older one that they need to be unplugged for so long?
