Contour app missing channels: error 12012

Yesterday, channels available on cable were available on the contour app (iPad, iPhone, web browser). However this morning, many channels are missing with error message: Subscription Required:: 12012. The same channels are still available today via cable. What gives?

  • Hi Fred. For further troubleshooting, please send an email to cox.help@cox.com and include the complete address, name on the account and some of the channels that you are not able to get on the Contour app. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
