Poor service

My system has been freezing and lagging for months. I have reset it hundreds of times and even had a technician come service it. At first it would only happen after pausing a show but now it is constant. The lagging has been getting worse the last month and usually i could turn the tv off and back on to fix it but now nothing works.

    Hello, please make sure all connections are tightly fastened and free of damage. Do you have a splitter, by chance? Splitters can degrade in signal over time or fail without warning. Freezing and lag is typically an indication of a signal issue. Does this happen more so with live TV, On Demand or both? The best course of action may be to send out a service technician to diagnose further.
