Talked to like I was wasting her time ?

called to have channels added and some moved, First Lady I talked to was very nice the loyalty department was very very rude , I asked for what channel number is was getting she give me one channel number and told me to find the rest by the way of guide , I said ok I am turning it there now give me a second ,she said no and hang the phone up !!!

What did I do wrong to be treated that way by her ?
