Programs now being recorded on Spanish channel by default

When I record sports programs from the sports menu (the c button on the remote) it records it on the Spanish channel as opposed to the primary channel. For instance, when trying to record the US womens soccer team match against England tomorrow:

hit c on the remote

scroll to the soccer game

hit the record button

When I go in to scheduled programs under contour its showing that it will record the game tomorrow on channel 82 in Spanish and not the game on Fox 11 in English. This has happened the last few times I've tried recording out of the sports menu.
