DVR not recording TCM channel. Anyone else have this problem?

DVR is not recording TCM channel   Tech support states its a TCM problem.. Anyone else have this issue?

    My apologies for the delayed response. It looks like an outage was confirmed last night which put a halt to the recording feature. This issue was resolved shortly afterward and full recording functionality should have been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
