On Demand - KAET (PBS, Tempe, AZ) programs prompts for subscription and fewer offerings

KAET is part of the Advance package, which I have. In the past I have not been prompted to subscribe to watch KAET On Demand offerings. Is this no longer the case? I thought any network in my paid package (Advanced) is included in the On Demand offerings. It was not this way 2 days ago. Secondly, I've noticed in the last 2 weeks there are continually fewer KAET On Demand offerings. Will someone confirm that the KAET On Demand offerings are being updated? I have rebooted the box and I called in and had tech reboot the box.

    I called tech support again and this time a tech was able to fix the On Demand subscription issue. Still would like to know if someone can confirm the KAET On Demand offerings are being updated.

    I'm glad to hear it's working now. We upload content to On Demand as soon as it is received from the network.
