I can only see my call history from about 3 or 4 days ago. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Update: My call history is now working properly again so I have no idea what happened.
There's an issue with Call History that's been reported to Cox, but I found a workaround until they fix it. Pick the days period you want and then "Download" the items. This will temporarily fix whatever is causing the issue and you'll be able to scroll and display all items.
Where is the download link? I can't see it
With Call History expanded, the "Download" link is in the upper right of the grid.
Click "Download" and then click "Download Call History". You'll then temporarily be able to scroll, sort and display items in the selected days period until you change days selection, collapse Call History or close the webpage.

Call History is working, with one minor issue. Changing Days selection doesn't trigger the event that resizes the vertical scroll bar. However, scrolling to the bottom of available grid entries triggers that event and the vertical scroll bar is then resized, which allows all Call History for the selected days to be displayed.
