Since Cox gave me a new Aris modem last month I don't even get caller ID any more. How about you???
What model modem did they give you? The model number should be marked as "PN" on the back of the modem.
You can log into your Cox account and reset the telephone portion (eMTA) of the combo modem.
Please look for my Email and see if it can be addressed?
