Since Cox gave me a new Aris modem last month I don't even get caller ID any more. How about you???
You can log into your Cox account and reset the telephone portion (eMTA) of the combo modem.

Have the same problem for four month now. They are still working on it. Scammers and spammers are having a field day with me, because of this. I am forced to pick up every call now, since I don't know who is calling. Hope we can all switch carriers soon.
