Our land line has been down for over 6 hours today. Your automated response claims this was a planned outage yet no one had the courtesy to inform us of this disabling problem. What has happened to the one time vaunted service of Cox which is now abysmal? You owe your dwindling users a response and sincere apology.
perhaps the whole system was down & they were unable to send an email.
I am sorry that you experienced phone issues for so long. I can truly understand how frustrating it can be. Something like this is never ideal. Unfortunately, though lots of advances have been made, technology still allows for the occasional outage.
