Phone tools call history still not working since Jan 8 after repeated calls & chats to Cox. Was told this is a nationwide problem which would be resolved in 72 hours. It was escalated higher up with a ticket #. Still not working.
Kevin, I checked my phone history quite a few times today & it still isn't resolved & there was no message left from Cox. I know it's not my phone line because other people in my neighborhood are having the exact same problem.
I hope my ticket is still open & being escalated as I was told it would be. A rep called me today & said the issue was resolved but it isn't. I had to clarify to her that no outgoing calls show up in call history since Jan 8........over 2 weeks now!,
Outgoing call history fixed for one day now not logging again. What's going on? After 22 days & the ticket being escalated you would think it would be fixed by now. Now it's not showing any call history again.......incoming or out going!
It really doesn't seem like anyone is working on a resolution other than moderators saying they're still working on it. It's been 3 weeks now! When can I expect it to be fixed?
