Internet down in Sierra Vista?
Trying to do some college school work and I have been unable to get online for the last two hours. I have tried resetting and restarting the modem all to no effect. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

What kind of modem do you have and what lights do you have lit up or blinking?
And if you need ASAP, your probably better off calling Cox. This is just a user forum, where other customers try to help each other, with the occasional moderator interaction.
Probably a moot point now, but yeah in that case if you've rebooted you should call in.
Are all the lights on your modem lit and the pc light blinking?
A polite phone call to tech support gets results much faster than a forum post.
If they are having issues they tell me.
