Email reactivation - not working.

When I click the button the internet thing acts like its working then just stays on the same page and does nothing. It has been like that for days now. -_- Mailed 2x already with no reply at all.

    The Internet connection itself looks good from this end all the way up to the modem.  Perhaps if you could explain further what is going on I could be of more assistance.

    Yea..I think its best to first define "internet thing". Do you mean your clicking on the link inside internet tools to reactivate a email (that was frozen for inactivity) and the browser isn't accepting the action? If so, maybe try holding down CTRL while clicking to open it in a new tab? Or do other links (like to change password) work on the same page?

    I was able to partly replicate the issue, but not with reactivation, but with deletion. I did not have any disabled accounts to test with. I tested in Chrome and MSIE. Deleting Temp/Cache had no effect.

    From internet tools > Manage Email addresses. Then I click on "Delete" to the right of a user which brings me to 

    http://myaccount.cox.net/internettools/email/deleteemailconfirm.cox?email=macimap%40cox.net

    This is the confirmation screen for deletion. When I click "Confirm" it reloads

    Getting me stuck in a infinite loop. Cancel seems to work. I tried with multiple accounts, all child/secondary. Changing passwords from the same screen seemed to work.

    Hi Cerberus,

    We may need to escalate this further and do some troubleshooting on our end of the network, figure out what's going on with the site.  Have you tried different computers and/or different web browsers?  Can you email us at cox.help@cox.com, in your email please include the name and address on the account.
