Panoramic app blocking devices that do not have a downtime schedule

I have removed downtime settings on the Panoramic app.  However, the devices are still shutting down at 11pm according to the old settings.  I have deleted the profile, and recreated a new one, but the same thing is happening.  How do I fix this?

    The device are shutting down?  I assume Panoramic would only disconnect devices from the network during Downtime...not shut down devices.  Did you mean disconnections are still happening?

      Yes - the disconnections are still happening.  Which basically shuts down the internet and ability to use most of the ipad and/or laptop.  Sorry bad choice of words.

    I'd do a wholesale factory reset.
