The device are shutting down? I assume Panoramic would only disconnect devices from the network during Downtime...not shut down devices. Did you mean disconnections are still happening?
Yes - the disconnections are still happening. Which basically shuts down the internet and ability to use most of the ipad and/or laptop. Sorry bad choice of words.

Try administering the Panoramic without the app. Enter 192.168.0.1 in a browser.
Start on Step-3:
www.cox.com/.../setting-up-wifi-with-the-panoramic-wifi-gateway.html
I think most would be curious if...after removing the Downtime settings via the app...the Downtime settings still exist in Panoramic after logging in via a browser (192.168.0.1).

Super delayed response as I'm just getting to this, but it does not show the downtime settings like the app, but she still loses her connection. This is a pain -
