Roku losing internet connection all the time

HI all,

My Roku sets keep losing internet connection. I checked and I'm receiving high level, reset modem and still continues. Trying to narrow down the issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Roku(s) newly installed?
    Losing connection or buffering?
    Wired or wireless?
    If wireless, 2.4 or 5 Ghz?
    Do you have lots of wireless devices in your home?
    What's the make and model of your router?
