Packet loss and 30-300Mbps continuously

Have the 500 package and I’m getting 30-300mbps with packet loss between 10-27%. They did some service in my area and for 4-days it was awesome! Consistent speed at between 400-500 and 0% packet loss with multiple people in the home streaming videos. Now trash and I’m losing money. This personally affects my wallet as my gaming is a secondary source of income. 

By the way I am using the Technicolor CGM4141 with the only thing hardwired is my Xbox series X.

    @SDResident124, Your modem is not showing any packet loss or unusual latency at this time. Does this issue happen at specific times of the day/night? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
