Can't login to email

I tried to log into my email on my laptop today. When I type in my user name and password multiple times it just goes back to the login screen.I've confirmed that my information is correct.

Anyone else having this problem?

    The symptoms you describe can often be resolved by clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and temporary files. Go to http://bit.ly/ManagePCbrowsers and follow the steps to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once complete, close the internet browser and reopen it. Go to www.cox.com/email. Are you able to log in successfully?
