Customer service phone number

The COX website absolutely is not working. No matter what browser I get on, it won't load anything in my account. I just get a blank white screen. I tried to get the customer service info to show up but even that doesn't show up. I tried to get on my husband's computer as well. 

Anyway, I really just need to pay my bill. I have paperless billing, which doesn't list a number at the bottom of my bill. 

If someone could just tell me the phone number that'd be cool

    Thanks for reaching out to us via the Forums! The fact that you get a white screen after you log into your cox.com account actually tells me exactly what is wrong. I would like to fix this for you! In order to fix it, I first need to verify some information. Please email cox.help@cox.com with your full name, address, and Primary Cox User ID.
