I'm unable to use the Paramount Plus App within Contour on my Host cable box. I've reset my cable box several times, also refreshed it. Logged in and out of Paramount Plus several times and cleared the cable box cache with no luck. It works on my client boxes and the App also works fine as a stand along on the same smart TV. After selecting the profile in Contour on my Host box it moves to the Home screen and just sits there trying to load until it errors out, telling me to restart my cable box. I do have a subscription to Paramount Plus and all the other Apps appear to be working. TIA
Can other apps connect to the Internet on the host box?
All the other apps work fine.
Subscribers have reported this glitch on several previous posts, but I don't believe there has been a fix other than waiting days for it to resolve itself. The only other possible solution is to replace the host. Cable-boxes don't make very good streaming devices.
This is probably one of the most thorough posts with preliminary troubleshooting. Problem appears to be on your end.
