Paramount Plus not working on Host Contour Box

I'm unable to use the Paramount Plus App within Contour on my Host cable box.  I've reset my cable box several times, also refreshed it.  Logged in and out of Paramount Plus several times and cleared...

Can other apps connect to the Internet on the host box?

    All the other apps work fine.

      Subscribers have reported this glitch on several previous posts, but I don't believe there has been a fix other than waiting days for it to resolve itself.  The only other possible solution is to replace the host.  Cable-boxes don't make very good streaming devices.

      Did you reset the contour box from the app or by unplugging the power cord?

        This is probably one of the most thorough posts with preliminary troubleshooting.  Problem appears to be on your end.
