XRE 03121

experiencing this same issue with error XRE 03121 and after phone tech support I have a technician here who has tried almost everything.  swapped box 2 times and still not working.  Signal checked and its fine.  Dispatch unable to assist.  this error code is on all channels.  WHAT TO DO NOW?

    on demand works and apps download but live TV doesnt work.  Tech left.  I was told Supervisor would call me as they are escalating the matter.
