I have had 5 technicians out to my home to "resolve" this issue.

There is not a problem with the Contour Box. I am missing

several HBO channels and several channels.  Only happens

on tv with the Contour box. Why is not Cox fixing the problem?

I was told problem was solved 3 times but it was not.

Anybody with this error have it permanently fixed?

    Showing a work order was completed today. Are you still getting the error message?

      Escalated to Trinity Comm.  They came out and determined problem was at node.

      Was told it seems to be intermittent.  This is after 7 visitations and several text messages

      that problems was solved. Still same problem.  Missing hbo channels.  Very frustrating.
