continued)....and here is the issue we are having (same as “Judy G”’s post from “two months ago”: While attempting to change channels, we keep getting the on screen error message “We're having trouble on our end. This channel isn't currently available. Please try turning away from this channel for a few seconds then tune back to it. If that doesn't work, Please try again in a few minutes (XRE 03059)." When this happens, the system will not change the channel, it remains on last watched channel, with the above error message on the screen. We have tried all the usual resets and appointments with technicians. What are you going to do about this, Cox?
