Why when selecting Free movies on Contour some show up as Rent or Buy? We can't view them.

Lot of free movies on Contour, Free Movies.  Sometimes we find a movie we want to watch, then it shows Rent or Buy.

    Could you provide an example?  Under my Free Movies, the movies are free from a network (TNT, TBS) or I can rent or buy.
