Why is it so hard?
I just moved into a new neighborhood on Nov 13th. It took 4 phone calls and a store employee to prove my house (and neighborhood) existed. When they did come out to hook up fiber optic internet they left the cable laying on the ground across my back yard saying they would send someone out in a few days to bury the line. Three weeks. It’s been three weeks and no one, not a single person has contacted me. When I called there was no appointment or schedule for anyone to come out. What did I get? A bunch of lip service from people who get paid to answer a phone. How hard is it for people to do their job? This is why so many people are switching away from cox. I for one will be switching as well, this is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed
