I am getting this only on my recordings, but it's on EVERY recording.

If you are only getting tiling on your recordings you may need to swap your DVR. If you have the Cloud DVR then you need to email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address.

First, try to reset your cable box or tv receiver through My Account on Cox .com or using the Cox App. If you are still having issues with all the channels breaking up you should email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address for further assistance.
