You can use the Cox App to troubleshoot your box, link here: www.cox.com/.../troubleshooting-your-services-in-the-cox-app.html . Are there any splitters or amplifiers that are connected to the coaxial that is screwed into the back of your Cable box? Make sure to check your connections are tight and secure and cables are undamaged as well.
