Cox is responsible for all equipment up to and including the demarc box on the side of your house. If the damaged cable is on your side of the box, it's your responsibility.
We’re in Hillcrest and Cox has been out and they say that the cable has been damaged between their box and my wall. Which of course runs through the walls.
Has anyone had any experience with Cox and their association to figure out whose responsibility it is to replace the cable?
