Hello Jjinterravita, I apologize for any confusion surrounding this transition to our Cloud DVR service. We value your business and want you to have reliable service. This will offer the best possible DVR experience now and in the future. All of your recordings from August 11, 2024 onward will show up as normal. The change from your previous storage to the Cloud storage should be mostly seemlesss. An recordings you had that were prior to the August 11th date with be available via on demand.
