We have had two or more channels coming pixelated and it's been going on for more than a month or so. Cox doesn't seem to give a *** as long as they get their money! Surely, they must know that this going on! Nothing is worth the money anymore!

Just happening to UPTv here - 178 and 1178. A reboot of the box does nothing.
